摘要
农业中间投入对农业生产具有重要作用,但是其对我国农村地区经济的影响尚未受到应有的重视。本文首先分析了我国农业中间投入的现状,并证明了其与农村经济增长之间的格兰杰因果关系,将其引入C-D函数,论证了1985-2008年中间投入对农村经济增长的产出弹性,并根据其增长速度得出农业中间投入是农村地区经济发展的重要支撑性要素的结论。本文认为,在我国农业机械化水平不断提高、农村劳动力不断转移及农村人力资本积累和固定资产投资较慢的背景下,继续提高农村中间投入的比重是加快农村经济发展的一种有效方式。
Increasing Agriculture intermediate inputs can not only improve agricultural yield,but is of great significance for the rural economy growth.Firstly,we analyzes the status of agricultural intermediate inputs,and proves its Granger causality with rural economic growth,finally demonstrates the output elasticity of intermediate inputs during 1985 and 2008.This paper argues that agricultural intermediate inputs contribution is significantly larger than the rural labor and fixed assets investment to the economic development in rural areas,and continuing to raise the proportion of intermediate input is a efficient way to accelerate economic development in rural areas.
