摘要
为了研究二次加料技术(即添加功能性料液及品牌料液)在烤烟型卷烟工艺中的应用,考察了3种生物制剂的复配比例,优化了功能性料液的作用条件,探讨了功能性料液的作用机理,并对二次加料技术进行了小试及中试验证。结果表明:①将3种生物试剂M1,M2,M3以2∶1∶2的比例复配后获取的功能性料液对烟叶品质有一定的改善作用;②正交实验结果表明,功能性料液的最佳作用条件为:添加量0.07%、作用温度20℃、样品含水率18%及储叶时间24 h;③功能性料液主要通过酶系作用烟叶表面物质改善烟叶品质;④小试及中试验证实验结果表明,与一次加料工艺相比,二次加料工艺能明显改善卷烟舒适性、减轻刺激及杂气,有效提升卷烟品质。
In order to study the secondary casing (adding functional casing and brand specific casing) application in Virginia type cigarette, the appropriate blending proportion of three biological agents was investigated, the mechanism of functional casing was discussed, and preferable casing condition was tested. The results of secondary casing were verified by small-scale and middle-scale experiments, it showed that: 1) in the functional casing, the three biological reagents, M1, M2 and M3, mixed at the ratio of 2:1:2, could improve the smoking quality of tobacco leaf to a certain extent; 2) orthogonal experiment indicated that the optimal casing conditions for functional casing were: addition rate 0.07%, temperature 20 %, moisture content of tobacco 18%, and stored for 24 hours; 3) the quality of tobacco leaf was improved by the action of enzymes in functional casing on the surface substances of leaf; 4) the results of verification experiments indicated that, secondary casing could obviously meliorate smoke pleasurableness, reduce smoke irritation and offensive odor, and effectively improve the quality of cigarette.
