摘要
虻虫生药浸提液经 75 %饱和度 (NH4 ) 2 SO4 沉淀、SephadexG - 75凝胶过滤层析得虻虫纤溶成分 (TFC) ;TFC的最适作用温度为 5 0℃ ,最适作用pH为 7.5 ;0 .5 2mmol/LPMSF能完全抑制TFC的纤溶活性 ,金属离子Ca+ + ,Mg+ + ,Zn+ + ,Cu+ + ,Mn+ + ,Hg+ + 对TFC活性有部分抑制作用 ;TFC既具有纤溶酶活性 ,又具有激活纤溶酶原的活性 。
Tabanid fibrinolytic components (TFC) were separated from the extract of tabanid as a crude drug after ammonium sulphate precipitation and Sephadex G-75 gel filtration. TFC showed both fibrinolytic enzyme activity and plasminogen activator activity and caused degradation of fibrin and fibrinogen. The optimal reaction pH for TFC was 7.5 and the optimal reaction temperature was 50℃. The activity of TFC totally lost after incubation at 70℃ for 2 hours and was inhibited by Ca ++ ,Mg ++ ,Mn ++ ,Cu ++ ,Zn ++ ,Hg ++ and PMSF.
