摘要
在分析高校学习困难学生学习特点、影响因素的基础上,提出高校领导、学生教育和管理部门、任课教师、学生辅导员、学生家长都要采取针对性的扶助策略,以有效地帮助学困生解决学习困难;学困生自身也要制定切适目标、养成良好学习习惯、排除情感障碍,不断提高学习能力和学习成绩。
This paper proposes strategies which must be carried out by leaders of colleges and universities, administrative and educative department of students, faculties, counselors, and parents to help solve difficulties in learning effectively based on the analysis of the characteristics of students with learning difficulties and influencing factors. Besides, students with learning diffi- culties should also establish targets fit for themselves, develop good habits and avoid the emotional disturbance so as to improve the ability of learning and the scores.
