摘要
"个人心理发展+职业能力提升"的心理健康教育课程改革与创新,提出包括"个人心理发展+职业能力提升"的教育教学理念、"问题+素质"的课程设计模式、"专业团队+专业教师"的教学团队塑造、"职业能力+企业EAP"使学生提前"上岗"、"课程+干预"创新心理危机干预体系建设等课程改革创新的理论与实践。
The article puts forward the reformation and innovation of mental health education curriculum about "Individual Mental Development and Improvement of Professional Competence", and proposes the education and teaching idea of "individual mental development plus improvement of professional competence", course design model of "problem plus quality", establishment of teaching team of "professional teams plus professional teachers", "vocational ability plus enterprise EAP". It aimed to cultivate the working a- bility of the students before graduatinz. suooorted by such intervention svstem of mental crisis as "course + intervention".
