摘要
京沪高速铁路滕州南梁场建于山前缓坡,落差较大,依山坡走势将存梁Ⅱ区建设成为阶梯状存梁形式,提梁通道设计为提梁机走行的栈桥形式,减少了全场平整成统一标高的土石方工程。介绍了此阶梯箱梁预制场选址比较、立体规划,提梁机选型和栈桥设计的具体过程,以期为梁场的规划设计提供新思路。
The South Beam-prefabricating Yard at Tengzhou of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway is built on a gentle slope. According to the landform Section II of the beam-storing ,Jistrict is constructed in the form of a flight of steps and the beam channel is designed in the form of a trestle for the beam-lifter to move on,which reduce large amounts of earthwork that would have to be removed if the whole yard had to be of a unified elevation. The specific processes of the comparison of the yard locations and the three-dimensional layout of step-type beam-prefabricating yard, the specific choice of girder-hoisting machine types and the design of the trestle are all introduced in detail in the paper, which may provide new thinking ways for the plan- ning and design of beam-prefabricating yards.
