摘要
解决我国就业指导"社会性不足"应利用工会强大的资源和组织动员能力。把工会作为学校与用人单位之间的联系机制,可改善当前就业指导主体单一的局面,为提高职业指导的社会化程度打开突破口。群团组织合作机制和跨系统、跨区域的工会协作进一步落实了工会就业服务功能,工会的参与也是其发挥社会管理职能、注重劳资矛盾源头解决、构建和谐劳动关系的必然选择。
to solvethe guidance ofChina's ernployment "socially insufficient", we should make use ofthepowerfulunions' resources and organizational capacity. Taking uninns as a contacting mechanism between the school and the employer can improve the situation of single main body of employment guidance, open a breakthrough to improve the level of socialization of employment guidance. The mechanisms of mass organizatious cooperation and the cross-system and cross-region collaboration of unions further implement the union employment services. The participation of unions is also the inevitable choice to play a social management functions, focus on the source settlement of labor-management conflicts, and build a harmonious labor relation.
