摘要
针对单一下料软件在处理大规模零件下料问题时时间效率低下和对下料数据结构变化缺乏普遍适应性的问题,提出了一种大规模零件的网络化优化下料方法。该方法首先集成网络上空闲的优化下料资源,组建包括客户端、管理中心和服务端的网络化下料服务系统,然后针对大规模零件下料的整体求解难度,通过零件分组实现下料问题的理想拆分,并对分组零件规模进行控制以平衡系统各软件的优化性能,最后通过系统软件的并行优化和结果优选,获得各下料子任务的最优下料结果,合并形成整体下料方案。基于该方法开发了一种条材/板材网络化优化下料系统,实际应用验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。
For single cutting-stock software, there exist low efficiency and weak adaptability to chan- ges of cutting-stock data structure problems in large-scale parts cutting-stock problem ( LPCP), so a networked optimized cutting-stock method was proposed. Firstly, by integrating idle software and hardware resources of cutting-stock on network, the networked cutting-stock service system was estab- lished, including client end, management center and service end. Secondly, according to holistic sol- ving difficulty of the LPCP, the ideal decomposition of the LPCP was accomplished with parts grouping technology. Then, the parts scale-control strategy of every parts group was adopted to balance every cutting-stock software' s optimization ability. Finally, based on parallel optimization of cutting-stock software and results optimization, the optimal cutting plan of every parts group was obtained, and the result of the LPCP was obtained by combining all the results of parts groups. A cutting-stock system of bar and plate based on the proposed method is developed, and the feasibility and effectiveness are val- idated by practical applications.
