摘要
主要介绍了用商用金属成形软件进行锻压模拟的方法。对不同工艺参数(如锭坯所受压力变化、温度变化、金属流动速度等)模拟产生的结果进行了分析,并对不同工艺参数造成的金属性能变化进行了讨论。
This paper mainly introduces the method of forge simulation by commercial metal forming simulation software. The simulation results by different process parameters including the pressure, temperature and flow velocity of metal are analyzed, and the metal performance change caused by different technological parameters is discussed.
