摘要
变频器隔爆柜子主要是由板块状零件焊接而成的六面体,在运用三维软件UG进行设计时,经常碰到由于电器元件的改动而反复设计的问题。为提高设计效率,利用Visual C++.net作为开发语言,在UG软件平台上对其进行二次开发,建立了变频器的零件库。并以法兰和腔体零件设计为例介绍了本系统的运行方法。经验证,该系统操作简单,缩短了产品的设计和研发周期,提高了设计效率,有利于工程师将精力投入到新产品开发中去。
The inverter flameproof cabinet is a hexahedron which is welded by plate-like parts. When we design the cabinet by three-dimensional software UG, we have to do much repeated work. In order to improve design efficiency, in this paper, the secondary development of UG software is carried out and a part library for inverter cabinet is established by using Visual C++. net as development language. The operation of the system is demonstrated by an example. The result shows the operation of the system is very simple and effective, may help engineers to focus their energy into the new product development.
