摘要 针对变焦距系统的动态误差和静态误差耦合问题,提出了一种误差分配与分析方法。首先对变焦距系统采用光路等效原理进行化简,通过分析变焦系统的误差源与物像位置关系,给出变焦距系统总体许用误差指标,然后利用齐次坐标转换与矩阵运算合成光学元件总体误差,同时建立等效光学系统误差精度判断准则,判断变焦距系统误差是否满足要求,最后结合光电经纬仪电视系统进行目视分辨率测试,给出变焦距系统各个光学元件的组内与组间误差对成像的影响。所提出的误差分析方法既可以用来检验各组误差的合成结果是否满变焦距系统足精度要求,又可针对总体误差进行逐级分配,为光学仪器的误差分析与分配提供了参考依据。 For the advantage of researching coupling problem on varifocal optical system between dynamic error and static error, a new method was put forward. Firstly, the optical path equivalent for varifocal optical system was simplified before the analysis of the relations between error sources and object-image relationship, the total allowable error index was gained and the accuracy standard principle was built up. With the application of homogeneous coordinate transformation and metric operation in assembling optical element, it could detect whether the error of each optical element meet the requirement. To testify the error analysis method, the experiment refered to visual resolution probing was done. Taking TV system of photoelectric theodolite as an example, an elaboration of the effect due to internal class error and external class on the varifocal optical system individually was given, and the error of each optical element was calculated. It provided reference for error distribution of optical instruments, which is used to calculate the global allowable error or distributing global error to each optical element.
