摘要
本文探讨了靖边气田三甘醇消耗现状,分析污染物的来源及主要组成。用模拟实验确定影响三甘醇脱水效率的主要污染物,根据实验结果设计回收利用污染TEG溶液配套工艺。结果表明:靖边气田三甘醇消耗严重,其主要污染物来自各个生产环节带来的水、无机盐、三甘醇降解产物、脱水时产生的高聚物等组成。其中水对三甘醇脱水效果最显著,其次是无机盐类,有机物杂质对三甘醇起泡有影响。设计回收工艺能够满足生产要求,具有较好的环保和经济效益,同时为气田循环利用废弃物提供新的途径,节约生产成本。
The current consumption situation of triethylene glycol of Changqing Jingbian Gasfield was dis- cussed, as well as the resource of pollution and component. The main pollutant that effected dehydration of triethy- lene glycol was determined by simulated experiment. A recovery process of TEG was designed by experimental re- sults. The results showed that the main pollutants came from water, inorganic salt, triethylene glycol catabolite and high polymer produced in dehydration in processes. The most effective pollutant was water, and then inorganic salt. The organic impurities effected foaming of triethylene glycol. The recovery process satisfied the production require- ments, had good economic benefits, and protected the environment. The recovery provided a new path for waste re- cycle, saved the cost of production.
