摘要
介绍一种二辊式铝热轧机压下系统和轴承润滑冷却系统的改造设计,经过改造后,提高了板厚控制精度、压下率、终轧温度和板坯质量,改善了轴承的润滑,降低了轧制力矩和摩擦力矩的功率消耗。
The Screw-down and bearing lubrication system of the duo-hot-rolling mill for a- luminum strip have been reconstructed. After the reconstruction, the thickness precision of the strip has been increased, the reduction rate controlling, strip temperature at the last pass and the strip quality have been increased as well. The bearing lubrication condition has been improved. The rolling torque and friction torque have been decreased. So the power consump- tion can be decreased.
