摘要 2种不同处理方式的麦秸 ,按照麦秸∶水∶尿素比例 10 0∶ 30∶ 4制作的氨化饲料 ,用凯氏定氮法测定含氮量。 、 号料含氮量分别为 1.1317% ,1.3718% ,比麦草提高16 1.91% ,2 17.55%。 2种料经过 1~ 130 d室内堆放 ,分 4个阶段测定 , 号料 1~ 4 0 d全氮损失 9.89% ,占全期全氮损失 15.81%的 6 2 .6 0 % ; 号料 4 0~ 6 0 d全氮损失 8.13% ,2 0 d占全期损失 2 9.85%的 2 6 .35% ,均属损失高峰期。结果表明 :氨化料应密封保存 ;麦秸粉碎比铡草制作的氨化料提高含氮量 2 1.2 2 %。 Straw being produced by 2 kinds of different ways were ammonified with straw: water∶urea=100∶30∶4. N content in No.1 and No.2 ammonified straw were 1.131 7% and 1.371 8% respectively, which were 161.9% and 217.55% higher than that in straw respectively. No.1 ammonified straw lost 9.89% of total N after being laid in room for 40 d, which accounted to 62.6% of total N loss which was 15.81% after being laid for 130 d. No.2 ammonified straw lost 8.13% of total N from 40 d to 60 d after being laid in room ,which accounted to 26.35% of total N loss which was 29.85% after being laid for 130 d. The above periods were the fastigium of N loss of No.1 and No.2 respectively.
