心脏瓣膜病患者双源CT冠脉动脉成像评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价双源CT冠状动脉成像(DSCTCA)和心电编辑在心脏瓣膜病患者中的应用价值。方法对65例临床或超声确诊的心脏瓣膜病拟换瓣患者行双源CT冠状动脉成像,对其中22例心律不齐患者的成像数据进行心电编辑处理,依四级分法评价RCA、LAD、LCX图像质量,分析心脏瓣膜病患者冠状动脉成像的扫描技术及影像因素。结果 65例心脏瓣膜病患者中,非退行性瓣膜病30例,退行性瓣膜病35例,检查中26例患者出现心律不齐,其中8例房颤,7例房早,5例室早,2例I度房室传导阻滞,3例窦性心律不齐,1例心电识别异常,经心电编辑后,共纳入分析193支血管,185支(95.9%)血管可满足影像评价。结论合适的扫描技术并心电编辑的合理应用,双源CT能够为心脏瓣膜病患者提供可评价的图像。 Objective To evaluating the value of applying dual-source CT coronary angiography(DSCTCA) and electrocardio-edit in VDH(vavular disease of heart) patients.Methods 65 cases of VDH which were confirmed by clinic or ultrasound undergo Dual-source CT coronary angiography.ECG editing is used on 22 arrhythmia patients.Evaluating the image quality of right coronary artery(RCA),left anterior descending artery(LAD) and LCX according to the 4-grade score method,then analysing the scanning technique and influence factors of Dual-source CT coronary angiography in valvular heart disease patients.Result Among 65 patients,there were 30 patients with non-degenerate valvular disease and 35 patients with degenerate valvular disease.26 patients were found arrhythmia during CT examination,of which 8 cases showed atrial fibrillation,7 cases showed artrial premature beat,5 cases showed ventricular premature beat,2 cases showed first-degree atrioventricular block,3 cases showed sinus arrhythmia and abnormal ECG recognition appeared in 1 cases.196 branches of vessel were analysed after electrocardio-editing,of which 185 branches of vessel were able to meet the requirements of image evaluation.Conclusion Dual-source CT is capable of providing VDH patients with appraisable image by applying suitable scanning technique and applicaple electrocardio-editing.
