解剖锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端严重粉碎性骨折38例分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的手术疗效。方法对使用桡骨远端解剖锁定钢板治疗的桡骨远端严重粉碎性骨折38例进行疗效评估。结果37例获得随访4-35个月，骨折部位愈合良好，按Dienst评分标准：优29例，良6例，可2例。优良率94．6％。结论手术方法治疗桡骨远端严重粉碎性骨折能最大限度的恢复桡骨远端关节面的平整，术后配合个性化的功能锻炼。能使腕关节功能达到较好的水平。
