结核分枝杆菌分子进化研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 分子生物学技术的不断成熟和生物信息学技术的广泛应用使生物的分子进化研究取得了迅猛进展。结核分枝杆菌的分子进化研究为结核分枝杆菌的溯源、致病机理研究、耐药性研究及毒力基因相关研究奠定了坚实的理论基础,同时也为结核病的预防控制提供重要依据。特对近年来国内外用于结核分枝杆菌分子进化研究进行综述。
