摘要
当前我国成人高等教育面临生源萎缩,社会声誉下滑的困境,提高成人高等教育人才培养质量,应在培养目标上突出职业性和应用性,课程设置与教学内容应具有原则性与灵活性,教学手段应体现传统与现代的结合,考核评价应具有多样性和激励性,教学管理应实现过程管理与目标管理相结合,并注重可操作性和实效性。
Now,the adult higher education in our country is facing the dilemma of biogenic atrophy and decline in social reputation. In order to improve the training quality of adult higher quality, training objectives should focus on occupation and application, curriculum and teaching content should have the principle and flexibility, teaching methods should reflect the combination of traditional and modem demands, appraisal should be diversed and incentive, teaching management should combine the management of process and objective, and it should focus on operability and effectiveness.
