摘要
对于复发性妇科恶性肿瘤,根据肿瘤复发的部位、组织学类型、全身状况和以往的治疗,应用先进的放射治疗技术,包括三维适形放疗、调强适形放疗、影像引导的三维近距离后装治疗技术,个体化设计放疗方案,多数病人可以取得满意的姑息治疗效果,部分宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌病人,结合全身化疗,可以获得长期生存甚至治愈。
For recurrent gynecological malignancies, according to the locations of recurrence, histology, general condition and past treatment history, with the application of advanced radiotherapy technology, including three dimensional conformal radiotherapy, intensity-modulated radiotherapy, and image guided three dimensional brachytherapy technology, and with application of individually designed radiotherapy plan, most patients could obtain satisfactory palliative effect, and part of cervical cancer or endometrial cancer patients, combined with systemic chemotherapy, could achieve long-term survival？ or even cured.
