引水式电站减水河段最小生态需水量研究

摘要 河道具有栖息地、输送、源汇、水分涵养、水体净化、生物多样性保护、景观等多种生态环境服务功能。引水式电站的开发与建设,在促进当地经济社会发展的同时,也对减水河段生态系统的动态平衡产生一定的影响。确保减水河段最小生态需水量是维持河道生态系统不受破坏的关键。在综述国内外研究进展的基础上,从生态水文学原理出发,对引水式电站减水河段最小生态需水量的内涵进行了探讨,介绍了相应的计算方法。并对此类电站减水河段环境影响评价提出了建议。 the fiver is provided with many ecological environment service functions such as habitat, transmission, source and sink, water conservation, water purification, biological diversity protection, landscape and the like. The development and construction of water diversion type hydropower station can promote local social and economic development, and have certain influence on the dynamic balance of ecological system in decrease water reach, thereby ensuring that the minimum ecological water requirement of the decrease water reach is the key to prevent river ecological system from damage. The paper discussed the connotation of the minimum ecological water requirement of decrease water reach of the water diversion type power station from the principle of ecological hydrology on the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign research progress, and introduced suggestions to environment influence evaluation of decrease water reach of the power station.
