摘要
提出了一种新的基于最大供电能力的配电网联络线瓶颈分析与改造方法。在日益庞大的互联配电网中,联络线瓶颈的存在限制了故障条件下的负荷转移。基于N-1准则下的配电网供电能力模型,从发挥最大供电能力的角度自动诊断发现现状网络中的瓶颈联络线。分别建立瓶颈通道组和瓶颈支路的改造模型,并通过灵敏度方法得到改造优先次序。该方法能够同时计及变电站容量和下级配电网络对供电能力的作用,计算结果在有限电网改造的情况下带来整个区域配电网供电能力更大的提升。通过IEEE算例对所提方法进行了验证。
This paper proposes a method of bottleneck tie lines analysis and reformation for distribution network based on maximum supply capability. The bottleneck tie lines limit the load transfer under fault conditions in the increasingly large interconnected distribution network. Firstly, based on the model of supply capability under the N-1 guideline, this paper proposes a new method to diagnose bottleneck lines automatically from the angle of maximum supply capability. Then, the models of the reformation of bottleneck channels and tie lines are established respectively and the priority of reformation is determined using the sensitivity analysis. The method considers both the effect of substation capacity and subordinate network contributions on supply capability, and the results can bring a greater supply capacity for a region within limited tie lines reformation projects. Finally, the method is verified in an IEEE sample.
