摘要
在推进智能电网建设中,标准制定是重中之重,标准先行对建设好智能电网的意义不言而喻。在对国内外智能电网相关标准梳理的基础上,通过对比国内外建设智能电网差异,并结合我国建设智能电网的重点,从电网结构、设备(系统)以及关键技术路线等三个视角(专业角度)阐述了智能电网标准体系的构架,重点研究了涵盖发电、输电、变电、配电、用电、调度各环节以及通信信息平台的标准体系,包括各专业领域涉及的设备(系统)、现有的或要制定的标准等。随着智能电网的规划和发展,该研究将对我国智能电网标准建设和运行具有规范和指导意义。
In the process of pushing forward the smart grid construction, the standardization is the most important part. The standardization shows its self-evident significance during the smart grid construction. On the basis of combining smart grid-related standards at home and abroad, this paper, by comparing the differences between domestic and foreign smart grid construction, as well as referring to our focus on our smart grid construction, describes the framework of smart grid standard system from three perspectives of the grid structure, equipment system, and key technical line, studies primarily the standard system containing generation, transmission, substation, distribution, consumption, scheduling, and communication and information platform, which also includes various expertise areas related equipments (systems), and the current or to-be-developed standards. With the smart grid planning and development, the study will play a regulated and guide role in the construction and operation of our smart grid standards.
