摘要 LED是21世纪最具发展前景的照明光源之一。散热是限制功率型LED器件广泛应用的主要瓶颈,精确的热学测量则是有效热管理的重要前提。目前对于LED热学性能的测量方法研究主要有红外热成像法、电学参数法、瞬态热测试法、光谱法、光功率法等方法。从LED热学特性及热学参数测试的基本原理出发,综述了国内外关于LED热学性能的测试方法研究,分析比较了各方法测量LED热阻的优缺点,讨论了各自的适用范围。瞬态热测试法由于其测试精度高、可测热结构函数等优点,具有重要的研究价值和良好的应用前景。 LED is regarded as one of the most challenging lighting source of 21st century.Thermal problem is the most important bottleneck limiting the wide application of high power LED.Accurate thermal measurement is the necessary precondition of effective thermal management.The current worldwide researches on measuring methods of LED's thermal parameters mainly include IR thermography method,electrical test method,transient thermal measuring method,peak shift method and optical power method.Thermal characteristic and principle of thermal measurement of LED are introduced,and the researches of thermal-parameter measuring methods are reviewed.In addition,the application scope,strength and weakness of various measurement approaches are discussed.In consideration of high precision and thermal-structure-function measurement,the transient thermal measuring method is worth studying and has a good prospect in real application.
