摘要
目的:探析不同营养支持对急性呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效。方法:将急呼吸窘迫综合征患者随机分观察组、对照组,观察组予富含ω-3脂肪酸的肠内营养剂支持,对照组予整蛋白纤维型肠内营养混悬液,比较两组疗效。结果:营养支持7d后,两组总蛋白、白蛋白均较治疗前明显升高,差异显著(P<0.05);两组总蛋白及白蛋白比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组PaO2升高较对照组明显,有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组PaO2/FiO2升高较对照组明显,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:富含ω-3脂肪酸的肠内营养支持对急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者有较好疗效。
Objective: To explore effects of different nutritional support methods for acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:Patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in experiment group was treated with enteral nutrition rich in ω-3 fatty acid,while patients in control group were treated by mixture suspension of protein-fiber enteral nutrition.Efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results: After 7 days,total protein and albumin of two groups were significantly elevated(P0.05).There was no significant difference in total protein and albumin between the two groups(P0.05).The increase in PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 of experimental group was more significant than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusions: ω-3 fatty acid-rich enteral nutritional support has good effect on patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.
