摘要
通过对水头制皮、海宁皮革、绍兴纺织三个产业集群的横向多案例研究,文章探讨了集群企业社会责任行为互动的内容、途径及其发生机理。研究发现:(1)集群企业社会责任行为互动的内容涉及绝大部分企业社会责任的组成部分;(2)集群企业社会责任行为互动的根本目的是减少社会责任履行成本、优化社会责任战略、拓宽企业家关系网络、塑造良好企业形象,企业社会责任共同治理联盟和企业家非正式网络的构建为其创造了条件;(3)集群企业社会责任行为互动途径的本质是以人为核心构成的集群信息流通和知识共享网络。文章的研究结论对于集群企业的社会责任战略制定以及集群企业社会责任共同治理政策的制定具有一定的现实指导意义。
Through the horizontal multiple case study of leather cluster in Shuitou and Haining,spinning cluster in Shaoxing,this article discusses the contents,methods and mechanisms of cluster corporate social responsibility(CCSR) interactive behav ior.The result shows as follows,firstly,the content of CCSR interactive behavior covers majority part of the component of the CSR.Secondly,the basic goal of the CCSR interactive behavior is to reduce the costs of social responsibility performance,opti mize social responsibility strategy,expand entrepreneurs’ relational network,and create a good corporate image,which based on the formulating of CSR co-governance alliances and informal network of entrepreneurs.Thirdly,the essence of the ap proach of CCSR interactive behavioral is the information flow and knowledge-sharing network based on people.The research conclusions subserves the CCSR strategy making and CCSR co-governance policies making.
