摘要
为了在计算机辅助轴承设计中取得更高的效率、更好的过程控制和更多的灵活性,使用工作流管理技术对轴承的产品设计和工艺设计过程进行建模,并建立一个CAD/CAPP集成的协同设计系统。设计一个基于调查表的业务过程管理工具对过程进行定义和重组,同时,资源间的负载均衡可以由一个资源-工作项匹配算法实现。产品的本地模板与参数化技术使服务器与客户机无需交换产品文件,有效降低了网络带宽要求。
In order to achieve higher efficiency,better process control and more flexibility in computer aided bearing design,the workflow management technology is used to model for bearing product design and technical design process,establishes a CAD/CAPP integrated collaborative design system and designs a questionnaire-based business process management tool to define and reconstruct process.At the same time,load balance among resources can be implemented by a resource-work matching algorithm.The product local template and parameterization technology eliminates product file exchanging between servers and clients so that the network band requirement is effectively decreased.
