摘要 研究探索以气质联用法(GC-MS)分析贵州产红花石蒜(Lycoris radiata)、黄花石蒜(Lycoris aurea)鳞茎中生物碱成分的差异,结果表明,采用GC-MS法从两种植物试样中各检出5种生物碱,其中加兰他敏、石蒜胺和石蒜碱同时存在于两植物中,但相对百分含量存在较大差异;黄花石蒜还含有二氢石蒜碱和小星蒜碱,红花石蒜还含有雨石蒜碱和水仙花碱。该方法可有效鉴别这两种植物。 The alkaloid types from bulbs of Lycoris radiata and Lycoris aurea from Guizhou Province were determined using GC-MS method in the current investigation.The results showed that there were five kinds of alkaloids detected from the two species,among which,three types including galanthamine,lycoramine and licorine were the same,however their content were quite different between the species.In addition,the alkaloids detected from Lycoris aurea contained dihydrolycorine and hippeastrine,and that from Lycoris radiata contained pluvine and tazettine.Therefore,this method may be used to differentiate the two Lycoris species.
