摘要
随着石油资源的日渐枯竭以及社会对环保提出的更高要求,天然、价廉、丰富、可生物降解的淀粉在橡胶中的应用越来越多。淀粉粒径大,并且是多羟基的化合物,极性较强,与橡胶,特别是非极性橡胶的相容性差。因此,直接将淀粉加入橡胶后反而使橡胶的力学性能(弹性和撕裂性等)变差。为了改善淀粉/橡胶复合材料的力学性能,拓宽其应用范围,人们做了大量的研究工作。本文介绍了淀粉微细化改性、表面改性和结构改性,综述了改性淀粉在橡胶中的应用研究进展。
With the gradual drying up of petroleum and the higher demand of environmental protection,starch,as a natural,cheap,abundant and bio-degradable resource,has been identified to modify NR.As the particle size of starch is very big,and the starches contain many hydroxy groups with strong polarity,its compatibility with NR is poor.Hence,the mechanical properties(elasticity and tear)of composite filled by direct loading of starch will deteriorate.A large amount of work has been contributed to improve the mechanical properties of starch/NR composites.This paper introduced the micronization modification,surface modification and structure modification of starch.The recent research development of modified starch used in rubber in the world was reviewed.
