DONEPEZIL——A NEW GENERATION OF CHOLINESTERASE INHIBITOR FOR ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE

摘要 多奈哌齐是六氢哌啶衍生物 ,为可逆性乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂 ,对胆碱酯酶有极高的选择性。对轻 中度阿尔茨海默病患者的临床症状有较好的改善作用 ,临床试验尚未发现与其他药物有相互干扰作用。该药半衰期长 ,不良反应轻微 。 Donepezil, a hexahydropiperidine derivative, is a reversible acetylcholinesterase inhibitor which is highly selective for cholinesterase.It is effective in improving symptom of mild to moderate Alzheimer' disease.No drug interactions were observed in clinical trial.Donepezil is a drug with long half life and low incidence of adverse effects but without hepatoxicity.
