机械通气应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 现代机械通气技术的发展可追溯至20世纪40年代。但自上世纪80年代以来,机械通气技术迅速发展,新的机械通气技术和模式层出不穷。但归纳起来主要见之于两方面:一是技术层面,如呼吸机新的设计和功能的研制与开发;另一个是应用层面如新的通气策略和观念的提出。所有这些的主要目的是使机械通气技术更符合生理状态从而更加与接受机械通气治疗者同步,同时最大限度减少机械通气所带来的不良作用。
