摘要
目的 探讨冠心病患者的性格特征。方法 采用宋维真等编制的“易感性格量表”,对 32 5例冠心病人与 32 5名正常人进行匹配对照比较。结果 冠心病组患病前 Th,Sc分量表显著高于正常组过去 ,Si则明显低。而患病后 A、D分量表显著增高。冠心病组中易感性格者占 6 0 .31% ,明显多于正常组 31.38%。结论 冠心病有其独特的性格特征。
Objective To explore the character features of patients with coronary heart disease Methods 325 CHD patients and 325 matched nomal subjects were studied with the susceptible character scale compiled by Song Weizhen Results The scores of Th and Sc were significantly higher before falling ill in CHD patients than that in normal subjects,and the scores of Si was significantly lower,but the scores of A and D were signiticantly higher after falling ill.The susceptible characters (60 31%) in CHD grorp were superior to those(31 38%) in the control group Conclusions There was a unique feature of character in CHD patients
