摘要
目的 了解不同亚型精神分裂症中枢多巴胺与 5 -羟色胺相互作用的变化及其与症状学的关系。方法 应用高效液相色谱 (HPL C)对 42例阳性精神分裂症、2 5例阴性精神分裂症和 30例对照组脑脊液中多巴胺 (DA)、5 -羟色胺 (5 - HT)及其代谢产物高香草酸 (HVA)、5 -羟吲哚乙酸 (5 - HIAA )进行测试 ,其中 5 - HT/DA ,5 - HIAA /HVA被作为 DA与 5 - HT相互作用指标。结果 阴、阳性精神分裂症 5 - HIAA/HVA均显著低于对照组。在阳性病例组 ,5 - HT/DA、5 - HTAA/HVA、均与幻觉呈显著负相关 ,而 5 - HTAA /HVA则与妄想和思维形式障碍显著正相关。在阴性病例组。 5 - HT/DA、5 - HTAA/HVA均与 BPRS及其阳性症状呈显著负相关。结论 阳性、阴性精神分裂症中枢 DA与 5 - HT相互作用失平衡 ,并与某些精神病理学有关。
Objective To study imbalance of interaction between central dopamine(DA) and Serotonin(5 HT) of schizophrenic patients with different subtype Methods The levels of DA and 5 HT and their metabolites (Homovanlic acid HVA, 5 hydroxyindoleacetic acid,5 HIAA) in CSF of 42 positive, 25 negative schizophrenics and 30 normal controls were determined with high performance liquid chromatograhpy (HPLC) The interaction index was represented by ratio of DA/5 HT and HVA/5 HIAA All patients were assessed with BPRS, SAPS and SANS Results 1 The differencs in ratio of 5 HIAA/HVA among three groups was found, in which both positive and negative schizophrenics were lower in ratio than that of normal controls 2 It was found that hallucination correlated negatively with ratios of 5 HT/DA and 5 HIAA/HVA, and delusion and formal thought disorder correlated positively with ratio of 5 HIAA/HVA in positive schizophrenia It was also found that BPRS and it's positive symptom correlated negatively with ratio of 5 HT/DA in negative schizophrenia Conclusion There were changes of interaction between central DA and 5 HT in positive and negative schizophrenic patients The changed interaction correlated with key psychopathological symptoms The imbalance on interaction between central DA and 5 HT may be one of important bilogical factors connecting with aetiology schizophrenia
