摘要
通过化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验、断口分析等方法,对某电厂一台锅炉的炉烟管道断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,炉烟管道断裂是在材料存在大量铸造缺陷、力学性能远低于标准要求条件下,材料强度不足以承受正常的载荷而导致的脆性断裂。
By means of chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties testing,metallographic examination and fracture analysis,the fracture reason of the flue duct of boiler in a power plant was analyzed.The results show that the fracture of the flue duct is brittle fracture,because the strength of the material is not worth to bear regular loading,under the condition of many casting flaws existing,the mechanical properties are far away below the standard request.
