摘要
目的:探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿父母的生活质量状况。方法:采用生活质量综合评定问卷-74对80名注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的父母共160人与42名正常儿童的父母共84人对照进行评定。结果:ADHD患儿父母生活质量评定总分和四个维度方面评分均明显低于对照组,其中以躯体健康、心理健康和社会功能健康影响较大。结论:ADHD患儿父母的生活质量较正常对照组差,并涉及心身健康的多个方面。
Objective： To study on the situation of quality of life among parents of children with ADHD. Methods： 80 patents of children with ADHD and 42 patents of healthy children were assessed with the Comprehensive Evaluation Questionnaire-74 of Life Quality （GQOLI-74）. Results： GQOLI-74 scores and the overall living conditions scores of parents among children with ADHD were significantly lower than those of the control group. Among them, physical health and mental health and social function health were more affected. Con- clusion： The level of quality of life among parents of children with ADHD was lower than the parents of healthy children,and involves many aspects of physical and mental health.
