摘要
观察增加外源性和内源性褪黑激素 (MT)对大鼠基础痛阈的影响。方法··:用热辐射甩尾法测定腹腔注射不同剂量的MT及切除颈交感神经节对大鼠的基础痛阈的影响。结果··:腹腔注射不同剂量的MT可提高大鼠的基础痛阈 ,并呈量效关系。其镇痛作用可被纳洛酮部分阻断。切断抑制松果腺分泌的颈交感神经节后 ,也可提高大鼠的基础痛阈。结论··:外源性和内源性MT均具有镇痛作用。纳洛酮可部分翻转MT的镇痛效应。
Objective: To observe the influence of exogenous melatonin (MT)and endogenous MT on pain threshold in rats. Method: The tail flick latency was taken to represent the pain threshold which was measured after intraperitoneal injection (ip) of different doses of MT and cervical sympathetic ganglionectomy. Result: The pain threshold may be dose-dependently increased by ip different doses of MT and attenuated by naloxone. The pain threshold may also be increased by cervical sympathetic ganglionectomy. Conclusion: Both exogenous MT and endogenous MT possess analgesic effects.The analgesic effect of MT can be attenuated by naloxone.
