RegⅣ、血管内皮生长因子在胃癌中表达及其与微血管密度关系的研究 被引量:3

Expression and correlation of RegⅣ,VEGF and MVD in gastric carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨胃癌组织RegⅣ、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)、临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学(S-P)染色法检测89例手术切除胃癌组织中RegⅣ、VEGF和CD34的表达,计算MVD,结合临床病理特征分析。结果 89例胃癌组织中RegⅣ和VEGF蛋白表达率分别为41.57%(37/89)、75.28%(67/89),表达均明显高于癌旁组织;胃癌组织中MVD为(54.90±2.61)个/mm2,明显高于癌旁组织(9.12±3.12)个/mm2,统计学比较差异显著(P<0.05)。RegⅣ、VEGF表达与MVD分别与肿瘤分化呈负相关(P<0.05),与癌组织浸润深度、淋巴转移和临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 RegⅣ、VEGF在胃癌组织中呈高表达,并与癌细胞增殖、癌血管形成有关,联合检测可作为判断胃癌生物学行为的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the correlations between the expression of ReglV,VEGF and the MVD value as well as the clinical pathological parameters in gastric carcinoma ( GC ). Methods Immunohistochemistry was conducted to explore the expression of Reg]V, VEGF and CD34 in 89 gastric carcinoma tissues. Subsequently, the MVD was calculated and the correlations of these molecules and clinical pathological parameters were analyzed. Results The expression of Reg IV and VEGF were significantly up-regulated in 89 tumor tissues compared with adjacent tissues and the positive rates were 41.57% (37/89)and 75.28% (67/89)respectively. The MVD value in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than in adjacent mucosa[ (54. 90 ±2. 61 )/mm^2 in tumor tissues vs. (9. 12 ± 3.12)/mm^2 in adjacent tissues ] (P 〈 0. 05 ). Furthermore, the expression of ReglV, VEGF and the MVD were found to be negatively correlated with tumor differentiation ( P 〈 O. 05 ), however, positively correlated with tumor infiltration,lymphoid invasion and clinical stages. Conclusions Reg IV and VEGF were overexpressed in gastric carcinoma tissues and correlated with tumor cell proliferation and angiogenesis. The expression of ReglV, VEGF and CD34 can be an indicator to assess the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.
