摘要
研究了退火、固溶和固溶时效热处理制度对工业生产中Ti6Al7Nb小规格棒材组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的提高,初生α相尺寸增大且比例减少,拉伸强度和塑性大致分别呈现增加和降低的趋势;随着固溶温度提高,晶粒尺寸越大,合金强度增大而塑性有所下降,时效处理提高了合金的弹性模量。
The effects of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of small-sized Ti6Al7Nb bars were investigated.The results show that,with the increase of the annealing temperature,the size of primary alpha phase increases and the volume fraction decreases,the strength increases and plasticity drops.With the increase of the solution temperature,the size of the grain increases,the strength increases and plasticity drops.After aging treatment,the Young's modulus increases
