摘要
目的研究柠檬酸与热力协同杀菌效果及其毒性。方法采用载体浸泡定量杀菌试验、模拟现场试验和动物毒性试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果将浓度为20.68 g/L柠檬酸水溶液加温至80℃,协同作用10 min,对浸泡在其中的载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值>3.00。将装入透析机管路中浓度20.68 g/L柠檬酸水溶液加温至80℃,循环作用10 min,对污染在管路中的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭对数值>3.00。该浓度柠檬酸水溶液对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重),对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论浓度为20.68 g/L柠檬酸水溶在加温至80℃条件下,具有良好的协同杀灭细菌芽孢的作用,该浓度柠檬酸水溶液属于无毒级物质。
Objective To study the synergistic bactericidal effect of citric acid with heat and its toxicity.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test,simulation field test and animal toxicity test methods were used in the laboratory.Results When the carriers contaminated with Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores were soaked in 20.68 g/L citric acid which heated to 80 ℃ for 10 min,the killing logarithm value was 3.00.When 20.68 g/L citric acid was loaded in the pipeline of dialysis machine,heated to 80 ℃ for 10 min,the killing logarithm value of B.subtilis var.niger spores on the pipeline was 3.00.The mouse acute oral LD50 was above 5 000 mg/kg(weight).Result of micronucleus test of mice marrow polychromatophilic erythrocyte was negative.Conclusion 20.68 g/L citric acid when heated to 80 ℃ has good synergistic bactericidal effect to spores.And the citric acid disinfectant belongs to non-toxic level.
