摘要
通过对湿式烟气脱硫系统内的除雾器及GGH结垢的成分分析,发现结垢内亚硫酸钙含量超标,最高达到11.97%。研究了湿式烟气脱硫系统内亚硫酸钙氧化机理,系统性的提出了脱硫系统堵塞解决方案,并在灞桥电厂脱硫项目中进行了工程实际应用,取得了良好效果。
Compositions of the scaling in the defroster and GGH of the wet FGD system were analyzed.It's found that content of calcium sulfite was over standard and reached 11.97%.The oxidation mechanism of calcium sulfite in the wet FGD system was discussed,and the solution to prevent the desulfurization system from blocking was put forward.The study had been applied in a practical project in Baqiao thermal power plant,and favorable effects had been obtained.
