摘要
采用热压法生产工艺,利用四川地区3~4年生慈竹,进行风电叶片用竹基纤维复合材料的生产研制,分析竹基纤维复合材料密度与其拉伸、压缩及疲劳性能的关系。并通过与玻璃纤维增强不饱和树脂基复合材料的性能比较,论述竹基纤维复合材料应用于风电叶片制造所具有的优异性能及经济性,为竹叶片制造工艺设计提供初步的技术参数。
A bamboo(Sinocalamus affinis) fiber composite with high specific strength and stiffness can be used for load-bearing wind turbine blades.The composite is made from 3~4 year-old bamboo culms that have been reconstituted and hot-pressed.Specimens,ranging in density from 1.08 to 1.20 g/cm3,were tested for tension,compression and fatigue properties and compared with traditional glass fiber composites.The results provide blade designers with positive preliminary technical parameters.
