重度痤疮患者血清中IL-18、IL-18BP及IFN-γ的表达分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨重度(I V级)痤疮患者血清中白介素18(I L-18)、白介素18结合蛋白(I L-18BP)和γ干扰素(I FN-γ)的表达水平及其与发病机制的关系。方法:选择重度痤疮患者30例,健康对照者12例,用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测其血清I L-18、I L-18BP及I FN-γ表达水平,分析两组间表达水平有无差异及其相关性。结果:重度痤疮组血清中I L-18、I L-18BP及I FN-γ表达水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。直线相关分析显示:重度痤疮组和健康对照组的I L-18、I L-18BP及I FN-γ表达水平两两之间均无直线相关性。(P>0.05)。结论:I L-18、I L-18BP及I FN-γ三者均参与了重度痤疮的发病机制,可能由于三者所形成的负反馈循环失衡所致。 Objective To investigate the relations between serum level of IL-18,1L-18BP and IFN-γin severe acne, and analyze the pathogenesis of severe acne. Methods There were 30 cases in the group of severe acne patients and 12 healthy volunteers in the control group. The serum levels of IL-18,1L-18BP and IFN--γwere measured by ELISA. Results Serum levels of IL-18,1L-18BP,IFN-γin 30 severe acne group were significant higher than in healthy control group (P〈0.01).There was no high Correlation between the level of IL-18 and IL-18BP.No statistically significant quantitative difference was found between the serum levels of IL-18 and IFN-γ(P〉0.05), either. Conclusion These data suggest that IL-18,1L-18BP and IFN-yplay an important role in pathogenesis of severe acne. The possible reason is that the balance of them was destroyed.
