摘要
目的:研究单纯性和伴功能性下颌后退前牙闭锁性深覆牙合颞下颌关节髁突、关节窝和关节盘的受力情况。方法:利用笔者已建立的前牙闭锁性深覆的三维有限元模型,分两种工况进行力学加载,以观察不同组织部位的应力分布情况。结果:三维有限元分析表明前牙闭锁性深覆斜向加载时颞下颌关节的受力情况与垂直加载时的分布特点基本相似,但应力值增大,变化范围也有所增加。结论:伴功能性下颌后退的前牙闭锁性深覆牙合颞下颌关节应力值增大,变化范围的增加可能是其易导致颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的病因之一。
Objective To investigate the stress distribution and biomechanic characters of temporomandibular joint(TMJ) by loading on the anterior close deep bite occlusion finite element models. Methods On the basis of the anterior close deep bite finite element model,analyse the TMJ stress distributions of the anterior close deep bite finite element models under two loading conditions. Results Loading on the finite element model of close deep bite finite element model revealed that under conditions two the stress distribution pattern was similar to that of conditions one, however,the stress value and its variation was significantly increased. Conclusion It can be concluded that the TMJ is over loaded in the close deep bite patients especially with the functional mandibular retraction which may lead to temporomandibular disorders.
