Supreme喉罩保留自主呼吸在医学美容手术麻醉中的应用体会 被引量：4

摘要 分离麻醉、强化麻醉及静脉复合麻醉等是医学美容手术常用的麻醉方法，然而这些麻醉方法，患者多有不同程度的呼吸抑制和咽喉部反射抑制，气道通畅难以保证。Supreme喉罩是根据食管引流型喉罩Proseal喉罩）气管食管分开的双管结构特点而研制出的新型一次性双管喉罩，其在其他外科专业手术麻醉中的应用可以提供安全可靠的通气，但未见在医学美容手术麻醉中的应用研究。笔者总结了62例Supreme喉罩在医学美容手术中的麻醉资料并进行回顾性研究，通过观察其通气效果、对患者循环的影响及并发症发生．隋况，探讨Supreme喉罩保留自主呼吸在医学美容手术麻醉中应用的可行性。
