摘要 目的探讨心脏横纹肌中胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶(cystathionine-γ-lyase,CSE)的表达及意义。方法以SD大鼠心肌为研究对象,采用免疫组化SP法观察心脏横纹肌中CSE的表达,棕褐色为阳性表达。结果心脏横纹肌组织中无CSE阳性表达,心脏血管组织中有CSE阳性表达。结论心脏横纹肌不含有CSE。在心血管系统中起重要调节作用的硫化氢不在心脏横纹肌中代谢生成,主要由外源途径生成。 Purpose To study the expression and significance of cystathionine-^-lyase (CSE) in cardiac striated muscle. Methods The expression of cystathionine-^-lyase (CSE) was observed in cardiac striated muscle of the heart in SD rats by immunohistochemis- try, with the positive staining being brown in color. Results Cystathionine-~/-lyase expressed in the coronary artery smooth muscle of heart but not in the cardiac striated muscle. Conclusion Cardiac striated muscle does not contain cystathionine-~/-lyase, and hydrogen sulfide plays an important regulating role in the cardiovascular system, which is not produced in the cardiac striated muscle, and is mainly generated by the exogenous pathway.
