摘要
分析了微电子技术发展对当代电子系统设计的影响，讨论了在非微电子专业开设“微电子技术概论”课程的必要性和紧迫性，并对该课程的课程特点、教学内容及教学方法进行了探讨。
With the development of microelectronics, the method of electronic system design have been changed greatly. Based on the change,we put forward the reflection on setting up the course of 'a introduc- tion to microelectronics' for students who do not major in microelectronics. Moreover, we discuss the course characteristics ,teaching program ,and the method of teaching.
