摘要
目的:比较不同基底瓷饰面瓷厚度配比对IPS e.max全瓷冠断裂载荷的影响,为临床上全瓷冠的优化设计提供参考依据。方法:加工IPS e.max类似全瓷冠试件,控制咬合面和轴壁总厚度均为1.50 mm,其基底瓷与饰面瓷厚度比分别为1∶4(a组)、1∶2(b组)、1∶1(c组)、2∶1(d组)和4∶1(e组)五组(n=60),应用Hertzian接触实验对试件进行加载,测量试件的断裂载荷并计算其平均值和标准差。结果:1∶4(a)组断裂载荷最小(3 253.13 N),4∶1(e)组最大(5 447.08 N),且随厚度配比比例增加,断裂载荷增大。经方差分析,a、b、c、d、e五组断裂载荷平均值总体差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两两比较结果显示:a组与c、d、e组,b组与c、d、e组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);a组与b组之间,c、d、e三组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基底瓷饰面瓷厚度配比对IPS e.max全瓷冠断裂载荷有较大影响,且影响IPS e.max双层试件的断裂方式。
AIM : To compare the effect of thickness of core/thickness of veneer ratio (Tc/Tv) on the frac- ture load of IPS e. max all-ceramic crown and provide the reference for the design of clinical porcelain . METHODS : IPS e. max all-ceramic crown test specimens were processed. The total thickness of occlusal surfaces and axial wall was controlled to 1.50 ram. T core/T veneer = 1 : 4 (group a), 1 : 2 ( group b), 1 : 1 (group c), 2 : 1 ( group d) and 4 : 1 (group e) (n = 60). Load was applied to occlusal surfaces of specimens with Hertzian contact experimental method. Fracture load was measured and the mean and standard deviation were calculated. RESULTS: Minimum fracture load (3 253.13 N) was in group a and maximum fracture load (5 447.08 N) was in group e. Fracture load increased with the increase of the T core/T veneer ratio. ANOVA showed significant difference among fracture loads of IPS e. max all -ceramic crown on five groups (P 〈0.05) . Significant differences were found between group a and group c, d, e, and between group b and c, d, e (P 〈 0.05 ). No significant difference was found between group a and b, or among groups c, d and e (P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION. The Tc/Tv ration of IPS e. max porcelain had great influence on the fracture load and fracture mode.
