摘要 经椎间孔腰椎椎间融合(TLIF)技术目前已成为腰椎后路减压和重建的一个重要手段并取得良好的疗效。与其他开放手术一样,由于棘旁肌的剥离和医源性损伤,可能导致术后疼痛和肌肉的缺血、萎缩,影响术后功能。Foley等在2002年首先提出微创经椎间孔入路椎间融合(MISTLIF)的手术技术,
