摘要
在脉冲功率系统中,储能电容器的保护至关重要,采用保护电感是目前主要使用的方法之一。笔者对保护电感在使用中出现的炸裂问题进行了研究,结果表明,电容器短路和电感本身的结构都可能导致电感损坏,通过对电感损坏的2种原因进行分析讨论,得出了在电路中加装避雷器和改变电感引线结构2种解决方式,并对新的方案进行了试验和仿真,结果表明,新的电感运行状态良好。
The protection of energy storage capacitor is important in pulse power system. The existing protection method is to use damped inductor for protecting capacitor bank. In this paper, the crack of the damped inductor in use is investigated, and the result shows that both short circuit of the capacitor and its imperfect structure may lead to crack failure. By analyzing the two causes, two corresponding methods, adding an arrester in the circuit and changing the leads structure of the inductor, are put forward to solve the problems. Experiment and simulation are conducted with the proposed methods, and the results indicate that the new inductor works well.
