摘要
为建设安全高效的机场体系,优化飞行程序保护区,缓解终端区流量瓶颈问题,通过分析对比三种飞行程序保护区设计标准及准则,采取按照最低保护区标准集成各种程序。提出飞行程序保护区设计的空间拓宽思想,采用单向穿越高度组织基础上的双层规划思想及其计算方法,构造一个多目标双层规划描述单向穿越高度交通组织优化问题。本文为飞行程序设计提出了新的飞行程序设计优化思想。
To build a safe and efficient airport system, optimize the protected areas of flight procedure and ease the terminal area traffic bottlenecks, various procedures are integrated in accordance with the minimum standards of protected areas by analyzing and comparing the standards and guidelines of three flight procedure segment areas. The idea of expanding space is proposed for designing flight procedure areas. The bi-level programming model for optimizing one-way passing through the flight level is used to solve the problem. This paper proposes a new design of flight procedure with the idea of optimization in flight procedure design.
