介绍了新昌发电有限公司推行设备运行精细管理、强化过程控制、加强技术监督消除设备隐患、认真实施对标管理和优化人员培训。截止2011-09-30实现了全厂安全运行655d,#2机组连续在网运行445d,创全国超超临界机组连续运行纪录。
Implement equipment operation and meticulous management, strengthen the process control, strengthen the technical supervision to eliminate equipment problems, carefully manage and optimize the implementation of the standard training of Xinchang Power Generation Co.,Ltd. were described. As of September 30, 2011,655 days safe operation of the whole plant and 445 days network running of unit #2 were achieved. A national record of continuous operation of ultra-supercritical unit was realized.
